Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chickpeas (with liquid)
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 larger cloves Pressed Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper *more to taste

Instructions

  1. Process chickpeas and liquid on high in a food processor for about one minute.

  2. Add the tahini and lemon juice, process for 30 seconds.

  3. Add in spices and pressed garlic, process for another 30 seconds.
