All your favorite fall flavors in one sheet pan. These incredibly easy maple roasted veggies are so delicious. They are the perfect combination of a variety of textures, colors and flavors. Plus, this recipe is completely oil-free!
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Chop all vegetables and fruit, then add to a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well combined. Transfer ingredients to the sheet pan.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
